Terms of Use
Short version: KiddoCue is a private app for parents and the families they already know. Be kind, keep it safe for kids, and use your own judgment about rides and hangouts. We remove anyone who doesn’t.
Last updated: October 2026 · KiddoCue is operated by KiddoCue LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“KiddoCue”, “we”, “us”). © 2026 KiddoCue LLC. All rights reserved. KiddoCue™ and the KiddoCue logo are trademarks of KiddoCue LLC.
Who can use KiddoCue
- Accounts are for adults 18 or older: parents, caregivers, households, or just you. When you add a child, you confirm you’re their parent or legal guardian, or have their parent’s permission. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.
- Kids use KiddoCue only through the features their parent sets up and controls: kid mode on a parent’s phone, or a kid’s own iPad or phone that the parent paired. Kids can’t create accounts or reach anyone their parent hasn’t approved. Messages between kids are ready-made phrases unless the parents involved turn on typed messages, which are short and filtered.
- You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.
Zero tolerance for abuse
KiddoCue has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, send or share anything that is:
- harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;
- sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate, and never anything sexual involving a minor;
- spam, scams, ads, or anything illegal;
- someone else’s private information, or photos of other people’s kids that their parents wouldn’t want shared.
Use 🚩 Report or Block on any family, message or photo. Blocking takes effect right away. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove the accounts of people who post it.
Your content
What you post (messages, photos, invites) stays yours. You give KiddoCue permission to store it and show it to the people you shared it with, only to run the app. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time (⚙️ Settings → Delete account).
Rides, hangouts and meeting up
KiddoCue helps families who know each other make plans. It doesn’t check or vouch for anyone. You decide who you connect with, trust, and let drive, host or pick up your kids. Please use the same care you would outside the app.
Reminders and medicine
Reminders (calendar, rides, medicine) are a helpful nudge, not a guarantee: phones, notifications and the internet can fail. KiddoCue doesn’t give medical advice or suggest doses. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s directions.
The service
- KiddoCue is free. If we ever add optional paid extras, we’ll say so clearly before you pay for anything, and we’ll never charge you without your OK.
- We work hard to keep KiddoCue running and your data safe, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental losses from using it.
- We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
- If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app first.
KiddoCue belongs to us
The KiddoCue name, logo, look and design, features, text, videos and software belong to KiddoCue LLC, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use the app as offered, for your own family. That permission doesn’t include, and you agree not to:
- copy, reproduce, or imitate KiddoCue’s screens, design, features, workflows, text or content, or use them to build, plan or promote a competing product or service;
- scrape, crawl, or use bots or other automated tools to access or collect anything from KiddoCue;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or try to get at the source code, or get around any limit or security measure;
- resell, rent, or frame KiddoCue, or offer it as part of another service;
- use the KiddoCue name, logo, or anything confusingly similar, for another product or business.
What you post stays yours (see “Your content” above).
👀 The virtual tour, and changes to features
- The virtual tour on kiddocue.com shows an example family so you can see what KiddoCue does before signing up. It’s for personal evaluation only, not for studying KiddoCue to copy it or for any commercial purpose.
- Features may change or stop as we improve KiddoCue. If a feature ever becomes a paid extra, we’ll say so first. Please don’t copy or republish KiddoCue’s features or content.
Ideas and feedback
We love hearing your ideas. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you agree we can use them to improve KiddoCue, without owing you anything for them.
